NO FRILLS
Your LANO will go in a reversable LANO shipper box & will be protected by brown craft paper. Small orders will go in a soft bubble-padded envelope. Product boxes may dent a bit in the padded envelope.

Free Standard Shipping for orders over €45,00
- Standard Shipping €10,00 via PostNL (Netherlands Post) with track and trace.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

Australia and International – These are shipping from our Australian Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.com.au to order.
North America - These are shipping from our USA Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.com to order.
United Kingdom - These are shipping from our UK Warehouse, please go to Lanolips.co.uk to order.
For orders to the Middle East: Available exclusively in Sephora Middle East (not available via Lanolips directly).
For all other countries not listed in the table above, unfortunately we don’t yet ship to your region, we are working on it. Please sign up to our email newsletter and we’ll email you when we are live in your region.
ORDER CHANGES
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. As orders are processed very quickly, please email our customer care team immediately. It may still be too late to stop the process. We'll do our best to help, but we can't cancel orders once they have shipped. Refer to Returns for more information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
OPENED PRODUCT RETURN
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
FAULTY ITEM
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON LANOLIPS.EU
For purchases made other than via lanolips.eu, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through lanolips.eu
RETURNS
Accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Please note, returns of end-of-life products (i.e products advertised as having a short expiry with a discounted price to reflect this) will not be accepted.
RETURNS PROCESS
Please email helloeu@lanolips.com with your order number to advise us for a return authorisation.
Once confirmed, please send back to Lanolips C/O Falcon Logistics b.v. Barnsteen 3-4, 2132 MV Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
VAT, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All orders for Europe include Netherlands VAT rate 21%. However, for international customs and import duties, Lanolips has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Lanolips is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
