Never received it

"I would rate this product if I ever received it. I placed my order on the 25th of June and USPS has been awaiting my package since the 26th. It’s been a month, I reached out to customer service, and on social media. They said they’d “look into my order” and didn’t bother to respond until I checked back in with them then I was told “it’s been successfully shipped, usps is awaiting the item. ” Their social media account told me to email customer service, but they won’t respond to me second email."

An amazing-smelling, cute balm!

"The Lanolips juicy balm is very cute, with just a hint of colour. I like that it's buildable and not too 'in-your-face', and the scent and flavour is perfect! I'd say the tube is quite skinny and small for the price, and the texture of the balm is a little bit pasty at times, and needs to be worked around a little to stop it from pilling on the lips. However, a good experience, overall!"
